Hi, I'm Lucy and I am the owner of 'Mina and the moon' I am a mum of 3 year old twins Stan & Bea, and a beautiful baby 'Mina'. When I had the twins I didn't want to dress them in the standard pale pinks and blues that are found on the high street, and I found it hard to find exciting bright unique unisex clothing to go with their growing outgoing characters. I developed a love for dressing them individually and boldly, and used the sewing skills taught to me by mum when I was a girl, I started to make them the clothes that I had been searching for.

In the months leading to the birth of 'baby Mina' I started to teach myself to screen print, and slowly as Mina grew, so did 'Mina and the moon' .  

The name comes from Stan and Bea calling her "Mina moon' when she was tiny. Who knows why! Just one of those names that stuck.

Each of my jumpers, t-shirts, bodysuits & muslins is designed and then hand screen printed by me making them totally unique.  As the majority of my clothes are personalised I make them to order. This usually takes 1 week, but can be up to 2 if I'm busy.
