When you make a purchase from us we take your: name, address and email address.

When you have made a purchase from us we will only use your personal details to fulfil your order or contact you regarding any problems with fulfilling your order. All orders are printed, packed, wrapped and posted by us, so no one else is given access to your details.
When you sign up to our mailing list we only use your details to send you news and offers.
We are required to keep your basic order details under UK tax laws for a minimum of 6 years, after that they are destroyed.
If you opt into our mailing list you will be kept on it until you opt out via the link at the bottom of our newsletters or by emailing us at minaandthemoon@hotmail.com
We never sell, trade or give outside parties your personal details.

and we use mail chimp to collect our mailing list details, their policy is here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
We do not store your payment card details, these are taken by Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full) and our credit card handling company stripe (https://stripe.com/gb/privacy)
We may also use your information if we have been asked to by law.

Our website uses cookies, which are bits of data which help to optimise your use of our website. This information does not identify you personally, it is just statistical and if you wish not to use them you can turn them off using the settings on your computer.
